User Experience
Providing drivers with a broad range of useful, usable and compelling content while on the go is only part of the challenge. In-vehicle information must be presented in a way that results in a contextual (and emotionally gratifying) driver experience … and without increasing driver distraction or mental-task overload.
We develop multi-modal (touch, audio, speech, vision) interfaces grounded on two decades of experience in meeting consumers’ needs, usage and satisfaction with in-vehicle infotainment and telematics services. The result is a vehicle connected to multiple communications networks, situationally aware of its surroundings and optimized to continually assist, inform, guide and entertain drivers.
What We Test
Our tests include hundreds of participants across multiple cities that result in hundreds of hours of in-person video footage. We test all aspects of user interfaces.
