SVP of Connected Vehicle Services

Steve Coker is the Senior Vice President of SiriusXM Connected Vehicle where he leads a diverse set of teams. Steve is responsible for the implementation and operations of one of the most broadly adopted connected vehicle platforms, providing safety, security and convenience services for millions of drivers across North America. Before becoming SVP, Steve was Vice President of Operations for SiriusXM Connected Vehicle which included responsibility for Call Center, IT Operations, Service Assurance, Release Management, Voice Engineering, Business Intelligence and Program Management.

Prior to SiriusXM, Steve led the connected services Business Operations team at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) for four years, where he helped launch FCA’s first connected vehicle program. Steve also held many roles during his fourteen years in telecommunications, including operations, engineering, product management and marketing. Steve is a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from Iowa State University and a Certificate of Professional Development from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
