Renée Kingsley

VP and General Counsel of Connected Vehicle Services

Renée Kingsley is the Vice President and General Counsel, at SiriusXM Connected Vehicle Services, where she leads the legal team advising the CV business. Prior to joining SiriusXM in 2001, she was the General Counsel and Vice President of Administrative Services for Protection One, a security alarm services company and pioneer of in-vehicle communication services, which would eventually emerge as the connected vehicle industry. Her previous private law firm experience focused on litigation and general business practices.

Renée holds a JD from the University of Georgia School of Law and a BA from Spring Hill College. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, Florida and Georgia.
